Distributor’s guide to the monthly usage report
Company Summary
Presence (last 30 days)
Product Search Impressions: The total number of times your products appeared in a list of search results to buyers in the last 30 days.
Product Details Page Views: The total number of times all of your product detail pages were viewed by all SevenFifty users in the last 30 days.
Company Profile Views: The total number of times your public vendor profile page was viewed in the last 30 days. This page is not limited to verified trade professionals and maybe discovered through search engines.
Totals (All-Time)
SKUs: The total number of unique stock-keeping units ever uploaded by your company to SevenFifty.
Employees: The total number of employees associated with your company.
Accounts: The total number of buyer accounts affiliated with your company.
Sample sheets: The total number of sales sheets created by employees of your company. This number does not reflect the number of times sample sheets were shared.
Account applications: The total number of buyer account applications completed and submitted to your company. This number does not reflect the number of accounts approved after submission.
Live markets: The total number of U.S. markets where your company is operating. Branches in the process of onboarding who do not yet have live, public portfolios are not included.
Employee Summary
Presence (last 30 days)
Recent page views: The number of logged-in SevenFifty page views made by this employee in the last 30 days. Views of logged-out webpages, SevenFifty Daily pages, and generated PDFs not included.
Recent verified accounts: The number of buyer accounts newly verified by this employee in the last 30 days.
Recent account assignments: The number of buyer accounts assigned to this employee in the last 30 days.
Recent sample sheets: The number of sample sheets created by this employee in the last 30 days. This number does not reflect the number of times sample sheets were shared.
Recent sample sheets with accounts tagged: The number of sample sheets created by this employee associated with a buyer in the last 30 days. This number does not reflect the number of times sample sheets were shared or the total number of buyers associated with each sample sheet.
Recent lists: The number of product lists created by this employee in the last 30 days. This number excludes sample sheets and does not reflect the number of times lists were shared.
Recent sampling reactions: The number of buyer reactions recorded by this employee in the last 30 days. This number does not reflect the quantity of items sampled.
Recent reminders: The number of reminders about sampled items created by this employee in the last 30 days.
Totals (All-Time)
Total verified accounts: The total number of buyer accounts ever associated and verified by this employee. This number does not exclude inactive buyers.
Total sample sheets: The total number of sample sheets ever created by this employee. This number does not reflect the number of times sample sheets were shared.
Total accounts: The total number of buyer accounts assigned to this employee. This number does not exclude inactive accounts.
Total sample sheets with accounts tagged: The total number of sample sheets ever created by this employee and associated with a buyer. This number does not reflect the number of times sample sheets were shared or the total number of buyers associated with each sample sheet.
Total lists: The total number of product lists ever created by this employee. This number excludes sample sheets and does not reflect the number of times lists were shared.
Total sampling reactions: The total number of buyer reactions ever recorded by this employee. This number does not reflect the quantity of items sampled.
Total reminders: The total number of reminders about sampled items ever created by this employee.
Roles (Employee Permissions): The list of SevenFifty roles assigned to this employee. Administrator, All Accounts, Order Board, and Sales Representative roles have different permission settings.
States: The list of operating states where this employee has permission to access your company’s SevenFifty toolkit depending on his/her assigned role(s). Branches in the process of onboarding who do not yet have live, public portfolios are not included.
